Training with Lauren will enable you to learn new exercises with the peace of mind that you are performing them correctly, as she will be assessing your form & technique every step of the way to make sure you are not only moving correctly/safely, you are also getting those most out of those individual movements.
As well as being there for you in the sessions, Lauren will also offer support outside of them to help you stay on track. Lauren will keep you accountable not only to your training sessions & performance, but your nutrition as well. By tracking & monitoring your performance week by week, Lauren will keep a close eye on your progress and make changes as and when necessary.
