- Nutrition guidance with recipes
- Mobility plan (optional) for Injury prevention and rehabilitation.
- Form check ins either online/in person (if local) to answer ANY questions about exercises.
- Weekly check ins with myself either via Whatsapp and a review over progress to keep you accountable.
- Communication with me between 8am-8pm for support or any questions with your plan, nutrition or just some support.

Plans are designed to cost the same as one PT session weekly across a month, but provide daily support with a personal trainer to support you each day and every step of the way.
Plans are for a minimum of three month term. This is to ensure you get results and build lifestyle habits whilst having a PT in your pocket.
