One-to-one online coaching/personal training programme is fully tailored to you as an individual . The programme is designed for you to meet your goals with a personalised training plan, nutrition plan and support.

- Training plan which specifically designed to suit you and your goals.
- Access to trainerize app. This allows you to track workouts and nutrition. All which can be reviewed through the day by myself to give you boosts.
- On the app access you can also log your weight, measurements, progress pics, add habit trackers, link your fitbit/apple/my fitness pal apps to have everything in one place.
- A meal guide with ideas and your calories and macros calculated to suit you and your goal.
- Mobility plans to improve flexibility.
- Weekly check ins with myself either via the app or scheduled video calls.
- Communication with me between 8am-8pm for support or any questions with your plan, nutrition or just some support.

***The cost of online training equals less than three pt sessions a month but allows the plans to be more personalised when you are outside the gym
